Me and my friends saw Cinque Terre and hiked through the trails that were open in two days. Bologna is skippable. Verona is a great place to visit. It has a lot of charm and is really a cool city. Not far from Venice at all. I would definitely recommend a day in Verona. It's a lovely little town.
I’m sorry, but I’m not sold based on a recommendation of going up tiny random steps and finding hidden gems scattered around. I’ve been to 50 countries and 6/7 continents (just missing Antartica). Please give more detailed reasons on why you think San Marino is worth visiting. Are the locals welcoming?
The transition to the cities afterwards is much easier. When compared to Thailand, Vietnam is much less organized (on a touristic point of view). The beaches are not as nice as the Philippines or Thailand either, but people are super nice, food is unbelievably good, and landscapes are stunning. If you are interested in Vietnam country side, add
