BLUF: if you are looking for an improved exhaust note, don't buy it (or any exhaust system for that matter.) I was hoping to get a more pronounced exhaust tone, but it sounds exactly the same. Almost $1500 up a hogs ass. The tips do look great, but that's the only benefit I see in this product at this point. I don't fault Mangaflow though.
It's 2.5" pipe. After a couple of months of trails, I deleted the resonator in favour of a straight 3.5" scavenger pipe. It gave it a bit more of a growl. If you can get a system built and use the Magnaflow muffler, mine is 5"x 11"x 22", it should have a good sound. A 3" pipe system should also be nice for airflow.
