Well I guess that is something useful to know, here in America you can usually turn right on red unless there is a sign saying you can't. No right turns on red. There are exceptions but this GAME doesn't support these. If you don't know yet there's NO consistency to the roadsigns either. Each country has their own.
When driving around in full daylight and sunny, I see some AI drivers having their lights on, while others have them off. Is this just a random thing added by the developers for flavor, to simulate how real drivers behave, or am I missing something? Should I turn on my lights at this point, or not? Thank you.
